As an intern, you'll receive training in the techniques used to create effective Instagram and Facebook videos, emails, website updates, and much more. You will be working with a team of content experts on client campaigns to enhance your understanding of the responsibilities, execution, and planning associated with marketing agencies.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Scheduling

Produce engaging social media content, with a focus on short videos.​

Create and schedule IG/FB posts, stories, and Reels.

Analyze post performance to optimize engagement.

Email Marketing
-
Design and send marketing emails.​

Track and analyze email performance.
-

Digital Updates
-
Manage Facebook headers, website updates, IG/FB bios, and FB events.​

Reputation Management
-
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews.​

Advertising Strategy
-
Assist with ticketing, ads, and promotional efforts.​

Collaborate with clients and the team to develop and execute marketing content.

Research market trends to guide content strategy.

Team Collaboration & Innovation

Participate in virtual and in-person team meetings.​

Contribute creative ideas that align with client visions and industry trends.

Requirements:
-
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Organized, detail-oriented, quick learner, and a great attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strategic and creative thinking capabilities to generate innovative content.

Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.

Experience in Adobe CC preferred but not required.

Related major or experience preferred.
