ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Must be located in College Station, TX

Remote Hybrid Part-Time Position

Reports to: Director of Operations

Job Summary: As an Administrative Assistant at AMG, you'll be highly organized and proactive in supporting the Director of Operations with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, has an eye for data & reporting and has strong attention to detail.

 

Next Steps: We want you to grown into a full-time position. It is your responsibility to be a sponge to your direct supervisor, so you can fully absorb and learn everything they have to teach. This will increase your chances of being given a full-time position with Audience Media Group. Responsibilities:

 

Administrative & Operations Support

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings.

  • Handle some email correspondence, draft documents, and assist with communication.

  • Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and records.

  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and projects.

Business Development & Client Support

  • Track leads internally and follow up on business opportunities.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.

  • Help with weekly client reporting.

Communication & Marketing Assistance

  • Help coordinate important reminders for the team.

  • Help with internal account content creation, posting and social media updates.

  • Proofread and format reports, presentations, and marketing content.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
