Reports to: Director of Operations
Job Summary: As an Administrative Assistant at AMG, you'll be highly organized and proactive in supporting the Director of Operations with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, has an eye for data & reporting and has strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operations Support

Manage calendars and schedule meetings.

Handle some email correspondence, draft documents, and assist with communication.

Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and records.

Assist with data entry, reporting, and projects.
Business Development & Client Support

Track leads internally and follow up on business opportunities.

Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.

Help with weekly client reporting.
Communication & Marketing Assistance

Help coordinate important reminders for the team.

Help with internal account content creation, posting and social media updates.

Proofread and format reports, presentations, and marketing content.
Qualifications & Skills

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
